Positive: Very nice house. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Lovely views and close to Aberystwyth. Only 20 mins to the better sandy beaches. If you want hassle free, space for 2 adults and 2 kids easily, this is your place.

Positive: Peaceful place with beautiful views. Lovely cottage with loads of room and an enclosed patio area, which was great for the dogs.

Negative: Only 1 minor thing, we had no oven gloves.

Positive: Good shower & bath, nice to have tables & chairs outside.

Negative: The bathroom wasn't clean, the mirror was dirty and there was a hair in the bath. There was a field directly in front of the bedroom windows, so a couple of times there were people walking past while we were getting dressed in the morning. Some of the kitchen appliances could do with replacing (microwave & fridge) & matching cutlery would be nice. Some of the plates & bowls were chipped.

Summary: We were desperate - it was pricey but mostly ok

Positive: I loved the location! It's 10 minute drive to Aberystwyth,where you will find everything you need - Beach,walks, shops and places to eat Dinas itself is stunning. Nice layout, nice decor and high ceilings. Open the living room door and you have a gorgeous view. The pictures do the place no justice. It really is a lovely place to stay! I took the drone out for a sneaky aerial view.

Negative: My children - who whilst at home never clean a thing and are more than content to sit in squalor, commented on too many spiders / webs yet myself who has OCD didn't mind at all. How strange is that. The only reason why I didn't give this a solid 10 was I had to kill the spiders...

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here !
