“ABASTOS” It is an apartment decorated with great care and a lot of style, providing all the comforts. Spectacular parquet floor. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is located next to Mercado de Abastos.
Bright and beautiful apartment located walking distance to the city center. Bus stops are located within 3 minutes walk, metro stops are 10 minutes by foot, and taxis are available right out front. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. Several grocery stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is only a bus ride away! There is a major gym with a pool located around the corner with daily use access. Public parking garage also nearby. The apartment is an easy fit for families with kids. There is an elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor if you prefer to walk up. It feels like a home, and at the end of a long day touring the sights it's a place you want to return to for relaxing.
The entrance has direct access to the dining room which is spacious and bright. It has a large table with 6 chairs with capacity for 8 people.
It has a double sofa and two armchairs. It has T. V., DVD and music equipment.
Through a large window you can see the kitchen, spacious and equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hood extractor, and kettle (kettel). It has a table with 4 chairs.
The master bedroom is very spacious, with a dressing area and a window that overlooks the back side of the building (indoors area).
The bed is 150x200cm. There is a bathroom integrated into the room itself, with a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet.
The second bedroom is double, with a bed size of 135x200cm.
And the third one has two single beds.
The three bedrooms have large closets with sliding doors.
In the corridor there is also a large closet with much capacity and where the electric boiler is, an auxiliary drying rack, the iron and ironing board. There are also vacuum cleaner and several fans.
The second independent bathroom, is in the hallway, equipped with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the house there is a hair dryer, a travel cot and a travel highchair for children.

Summary: Place was well equipped, clean, and easy to access. Close to shopping and restaurants but a bit far for tourist activities

Summary: This property is location is great, in old town. Metro, Bus and Trains are all close by and easy to use. Beach access is not hard. Restaurants are close, shopping is good and close as well. The property is in pretty good condition but has not been painted, or updated in at least 10 years and the plumbing and shower enclosures need work. Beds are ok, not great. Furniture and everything else is just tired. Last detail, 80 cleaning fee was disclosed after booking in an email. I did not see it until 3 days before the booking. I have been on the road for months in short term rentals like this(over 17) and have had no fees like this. It should be in the original booking. Price was fair and Air Conditioning and washer worked well.

Summary: The property was in a good position for our group. Large enough, with everything we needed. Plenty of bars, supermarkets and metro stations within easy walking distance. The property was about 20 minutes easy stroll to the historic centre of València. Easy access by metro to the beach, science museum and Oceangraphic.

Summary: Pleasant apartment in very convenient location for parking, good restaurants and to catch buses to explore Valencia. Slight issue / delay with check in but this was satisfactorily resolved. Very helpful information and discounted tickets for the brilliant Oceanagraphic Museum from Dulce beforehand. The apartment was comfortable for 3. Plumbing and electrical fittings could do with some TLC but all worked. We were vey happy overall and loved our 3 day taste of Valencia

Summary: Nice spacious apartment in the outskirts of the city centre. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment was generally ok but is a little tired in areas. The host was communicative and helpful as they agreed to let us store our bags there when we arrived early.

Summary: Flat was not as modern and tidy as it appeared in the advert. It was quite luxurious 40 years ago but is now quite worn and needs maintenance. Various items in the kitchen don’t work properly and the showers are feeble. However it is spacious with comfortable sofas. We were not pleased to have a water leak from the flat above.

Summary: What a charming and cute place this is! There was plenty of space for us 4 adults. The primary bedroom was especially roomy and the closets were wonderful. The beds were comfy and the living room was relaxing. The place was exactly as expected. Would definitely stay here again!
