With two full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a balcony with two chairs and a table, this apartment can provide quality service to its guests.

We also have the advantage of being easily connected to all the main tourist destinations, as in just 2 minutes we can reach the bus and metro stops that will take us to the airport, all the beaches and port of the city, the city centre, the Silk Exchange, the old Central Market, the Cathedral, the Arab baths, the bullring, the old North Station, palaces, the Albufera Lake Natural Park, the Biopark Zoo, the City of Arts and Sciences, the largest oceanographic park in Europe, etc.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Valencia, and Juan helped us to feel welcome. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and our stay was very comfortable. There were many places to eat nearby, and there were so many things to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the park view. The apartment was clean, and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable. Summary: Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend this place and if we have a big group coming back to Valencia, we will try to book with Juan again.
