Positive: Very nice, new and centrally located studio. Super clean with on-site packing. Recommend for solo or couples.

Negative: A bit small for family of 4. No windows at all and located on the street. Look like that studio was transformed from store.

Positive: The host was extremely friendly, and communication was fast and seamless. The staff was very helpful and always ready to provide useful tips and information. The apartment was clean, nicely arranged, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The location is excellent, close to the city center and well connected to public transportation. A very kind gesture that pleasantly surprised us was a well-stocked fridge with drinks, along with snacks and a light meal waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Positive: In the city of Valencia Close to public transportation Full of amenities, fridge,coffee, beer, Coca-Cola, breakfast bread and jamon. And the host gifted us 3 bottles of wine! We drank 1 bottle and left the other 2 bottles in the fridge. The place is super clean. The host, Juan, is super nice and kind!

Negative: We have to be careful when taking shower. Have to face the wall and not to put too strong flow, otherwise the water could flood up the room floor. The number of the apartment is rather confusing. In the booking.com app, it says the number is 19. But in fact the number is 15C. Someone who knows the host and happens to work next door, his name is Cristian, is very helpful and showed us the way.

Summary: A super great apartment in the city of Valencia. Close and easy access to anywhere. A real gem.

Positive: The hospitality exceeded expectations! Lots of tasty “presents” were waiting for us upon our arrival. Also, the location is very central, and parking is a big advantage. In general, very clean and nice studio.

Negative: Everything was fine, just to consider - there is no window as this is actually not an apartment.

Summary: Very nice studio to stay.

Positive: The place was equipped with anything you need, and all brand new. We loved they had different pillows you can choose. The towels were big enough, and good quality. Wifi speed was good. Location was perfect. The host was so kind and helpful, they let us early checkin. Really thoughtful gifts of food and drinks were prepared. The toilet had a bidet faucet.

Negative: Well, it is not an apartment flat 😅 it is actually an old shop turned into a small place to stay. The shop window is covered and they also had blackouts so you dont feel you are in a shop when inside. It was even better that we did not have to climb stairs with our luggage. I must say you hear every noise from the street. But it was a quiet street that we did not have much issue during the night.

Positive: The hosts were very sweet and welcoming, they provided us with everything we may need and even provided us with extra snacks and drinks and souvenirs. We definitely recommend this place in Valencia.

Negative: The only thing we would change would be the noise as sometimes it is loud at night in the street and can be heard from the apartment, other than that it was perfect.

Positive: WOW ! This amazing apartment in the centre of Valencia is FULL of surprises. What an incredible experience. 1st is the location. INCLUDED IS PRIVATE FREE SECURE PARKING. This was incredible. Parking in valencia is a nightmare and we could use pop our hire car in the private garage just metres from where we were staying. IF you don't drive then it is close to all the transport and easy to connect to the airport. There is metro, bus and tram all available but we walked most of the time to enjoy the experience. It is in the old town very near to the botanic gardens (Amazing and free to visit) close to the very best shopping and nightlife (we found a great 'speakeasy for cocktails just 100 metres away) and all the historic sights. In a few minutes you can be in the AMAZING Arts District with its futuristic architecture which you must go and see along with all the cool experiences that are there. NEXT is the amazing Host and the incredible welcome 'gifts' that were laid out in the apartment. At first we could not believe it !!!!!! Spanish Ham, Sparkling Cava, Red & White Wine, Beer and snacks all provided.... for FREE. Yes FREE. We were amazed. There were so many things to enjoy that on the first day we did not need to go to the shops. (there is a big supermarket 80 metres away) . This place had everything. Huge TV, Huge Bed, Washing machine , Microwave and even a special machine for giving you pure water to drink. The bathroom was also 5 star. We will be going back and recommend this place to you .... but please do not go when we want to go. This is 7 'Estrella' for a fantastic value price. We loved it.

Negative: Nothing. Honestly there were no problems at all.
