The Old Woollen Mill is right in the heart of the thriving market town of Tavistock and yet is in a private position offering peace and privacy.
Benefitting from a complete refurbishment, the spacious duplex apartment boasts a large open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, a brand new kitchen with a further dining area, and three bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in total.

The duplex apartment is inverted, so the main living space is on the top floor with views across the town.
The private entrance on the ground floor takes you into the lobby. Take the stairs up to the second floor where you'll find the bedrooms and bathroom. The next floor houses a large open-plan lounge and dining area as well as a separate kitchen with further dining space.

Summary: A lovely spacious place located in the heart of Tavistock. Rooms were great and the living area really spacious. There’s no parking but we made it work with our 3 cars using local roads and short/long stay car parks. The wood fire was out of action but the place was warm and cosy with the heating on.

Summary: Lovely place in the heart of Tavistock. The spacious living/dining area was great for our group. A couple of bigger pans for cooking would be useful. Parking is a bit of a pain but we managed. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.
