Summary: We had an amazing time here, Anna was an excellent host, the home was very clean and we loved the quiet beautiful area. Tons of amazing places to see all within an hour drive, from the beach to the Vatican. We stayed for just shy of two weeks and had an amazing time, highly recommend Anna’s home! Since our trip was cut short due to Covid-19 we hope to come back in the next couple years, and hopefully Anna will have us!

Summary: The apartment is great for 3-4 people. Everything was ok. There are no mosquito problems because there are fly screens on the windows. There is a nice environment. Rome and also the sea is not far away. We had a nice vacation. Thanks to the friendly Mrs. Saviano who provided us with coffee, homemade jam and vegetables.

Summary: Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week at this lovely, spacious, restful apartment. The large garden had ample space for walking and a little swing, trampoline and seesaw for younger children. Only a few minutes from Bracciano and the lake, and conveniently near to Rome and to the beach. The house was beautifully maintained with everything taken care of, and Anna was always on hand for whatever was needed, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent!

Summary: Our family of 5 people including two kids and grandma from Finland had accommodation in la casa fiorita from 20 June to 1 July and really enjoyed our vacation and stay there. We rented a car so location of the house in the countryside away from motorways and hot Rome suited us perfectly. Equipment of the attic apartment where we lived was good and was according to the description at HomeAway. WiFi worked at least in the kitchen/ dining room. The bedclothes were changed once a week and the towels twice a week as it was promised. Our children played in the big beautiful garden and had fun with two nice old master's dogs. The car was parked opposite of the entrance. It was not too hot in the attic as the windows were opened so we did not have to use air condition at all. The only very small minus is the old quarry there lorries have filled the excavations with black soil not so far away from the house. We could see them working from the green room. It was not noisy or disturbing, may be a little dusty. We are sure that next year you could see only green fields with horses, donkeys and cows instead of a career. These animals are grazing there now and walking on the site daily. The hosts were very kind and helpful to us. The hostess speaks several languages. There were brochures and guides for Rome and nearby regions in several languages in the apartment for our using. The location of the house is good for visiting Rome and other interesting places away from Rome. Bracciano is lovely small beautiful town with old castel. We did not have enough time for visiting it with guide unfortunately. May be later then :) We can recommend a stay in La casa fiorita to anyone who loves the countryside, appreciates peace and likes to travel around Rome.
