Summary: We had an amazing holiday in Villa Rose Chianti. We booked as it was close to a wedding venue some of our party were attending. It’s a beautiful villa, with amazing views, great accommodation, beautiful bedrooms and lots of different seating areas for us to enjoy the quiet of our ideylic location. We ate at Sting and Trudys farmhouse restaurant and lovely Tuscan eateries. We would highly recommend Elisabetta and her beautiful villa to groups of family and friends. Our grandaughter learned to swim confidently in the lovely pool. Thank you so much for such a lovely time.

Summary: The house, stay, and communication were all wonderful. It was without a doubt the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. The location is as advertised, rural, out of the way, and incredibly beautiful. The views from the porch and pool were more than memorable. A fair warning to those considering this house is that the home is directly behind (just a few meters) the owner’s father’s home. Because of that, you never really get a sense of privacy. He is sighted checking pool chemicals while you are drinking coffee on the patio in the mornings and wandering the gardens in the afternoon when half your group has gone to a restaurant. There are also several cameras on the exterior of the house. This might not out of the ordinary for the area and considering the value of the owners investment but it does affect the sense of escape. We did very much enjoy our stay and would stay again in this beautiful and well maintained home which was perfect for families and young kids.

Summary: Elisabetta is an amazing host! Everything from greeting us upon arrival, providing an orientation to the Villa, arranging our first evening dinner reservations in a nearby town, providing starter coffee and snacks, and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her Villa is extraordinary! We were two couples who enjoyed abundant space inside and out. The Villa is extremely comfortable and the views are picturesque. The Villa is very quiet and secure. Our day trips were fabulous, but we always were anxious to return to the Villa to relax and enjoy. Thanks!

Summary: The villa is wonderful - spacious, clean and very comfortable and with a beautiful pool and gardens. Elisabetta is so helpful and friendly and responds quickly to any queries. Her father (a true gentleman!) lives next door but the villa is completely private. He is there if needed, contacted via Elisabetta. We spent 10 too short days there and visited Florence (easy by train) and Sienna (by car) and many other Chianti villages. The area is very peaceful - perhaps the only downside is lack of nearby restaurants - the nearest at Dudda, 5 mins by car, is very good but was only open in the evenings on Friday and Saturday and other days for lunch. Overall our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa.

Summary: From the day we booked the Villa Rose Del Chianti to the day we checked out it was a very good experience. Elisabetta sent welcoming information almost immediately when we booked (local restaurants, places of interest, churches, etc.). All inquiries via e-mail were answered within hours and no more than a day later. We had a mechanical issue with a rental car on our day of arrival and were going to arrive later than scheduled. We were driving in from Rome via the Abruzzo area. Elisabetta was very accommodating and gracious with our late evening arrival. She went above and beyond to assist us by calling a mechanic to assist us and the next day with communicating to the car rental agency in helping us get an exchange of a rental car. The Villa itself is an amazing place to stay. We had a party of 5 staying at the villa and we were very comfortable. From the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness, the high quality of construction, the appliances, the comfort of the bed and bath rooms, the amazing views of the olive groves and vineyards across the valley from the windows/veranda/patios/pool, and the travel brochures available there was nothing left to desire! The pool was in perfect condition every day of our stay and was a welcoming and refreshing treat after a full day of site seeing in Tuscany. The villa is located close to Florence, Greve, Castellina in Chianti, Rada in Chianti, and Siena. It's about an hour drive from Arezzo and a two hour drive from Assissi. The airport in Florence is less than an hour drive away if you fly into Florence. There is a large coop grocery in Figline Valdarno about a 20 minute drive away that has everything you would need if you plan on cooking/dining at the villa. We opted for one evening dinner prepared by Elisabetta the day after we arrived. ....and what an amazing dinner. A truly tasty Tuscan dinner. So much food we had left-overs for two days! The only disappointment that our group experienced was the day we had to leave. We didn't want to go! For anyone who is considering Villa Rose Del Chianti you cannot go wrong. We highly recommend a stay at this villa. You will find it very relaxing and a truly real Tuscan experience. Elisabetta was a wonderful host and we miss her already. Thanks so much Elisabetta! Summary: Absolutely exquisite- perfect base for our 6 person family holiday ( age range 12-72) Modern villa in a sympathetic rural setting has everything. It marries the real self-catering base, having with every modern amenity, with easy accessibility to nearby towns and villages and the motorway for visits to Tuscany's major cities. The host family's proximity was a huge bonus, their determination to give us the bet possible holiday complimented with an equal regard for our privacy - the tour and tasting they arranged for us at a nearby winery was a particular highlight of our stay. We had a wonderful holiday and really cannot commend the villa highly enough - 5 stars+++
