The front of the property is 6 steps up from the road leading into a sitting/dining area with table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas and a wood burning stove. There is also a TV with Netflix access, DVD and WiFi.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave. There is also a small freezer.
Upstairs, the shower room has a fixed rainfall shower with a seperate shower attachment, WC and basin.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here when we visited Bude for the week for a family holiday. The house is bright, clean and beautifully decorated. It is situated perfectly for the beach and walking into town. We got into surfing and wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend if visiting Bude.

Summary: Had a delightful stay in Bude, great location with everything you need to entertain all of the family in Bude. It’s also close to other spectacular locations, like boscastle. During our stay we also had fun surfing in bude and coasteering in Tintagel with Shoreline activities. Thanks for providing a lovely base for our holiday and comfy beds for resting after all the fun ❤️

Summary: Real Great Plave to stay. Close to eveything you need in Bude and then not to far to all the main parts in Cornwall. Great local Beaches and perfect for the family getaway for a week. Cottage has everything you need for a place to stay.

Summary: We've just come back from a weeks stay in Little Hollabury Cottage, it was so great we're already planning our next visit! The location is perfect - lovely walk to the beach, pub and town. The cottage had everything you need and more, very relaxing and fab views of the gardens opposite. Owners and housekeepers were really helpful with restaurant info and everyone was really friendly - would highly recommentd a stay in this wonderful cottage.

Summary: My teenage daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay at Little Hollabury. The house was extremely clean and much thought has gone into equipping it. It was within walking distance of the beach, shops, wharfside and restaurants. I enjoyed swimming in the sea pool and we had a gorgeous meal at The Olive Tree, The weather was good and sitting out in the sun-trap garden was delightful . Penni was a great housekeeper, easy to communicate with and very helpful in supplying a cover for my bike. Would definitely consider rebooking.

Summary: A well kitted out lovely house with little garden. Great to be in bude. Walking distance to beach and town. Recommend a walk via footpath to Preston arms. A great trip in a fab house.

Summary: This house had everything we needed. It is well kept, very clean and within easy reach of the shops and the beach. We used the car once all week. Owners are really easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble.
