The flat is in the second floor of a two and half floored house. It is at the cost, on the beach, has a big balcony.
There is a good wi-fi connection.
The flat has 2 badrooms 2 separate beds in each of them. One more bed in the living room. Totally 5 beds. You have a quite big bathroom and shower. You can use an extra shower in front of the main gate of the house.The housekeeper is on the first floor and you can ask help. The supermarket is 5 min walk. There are many cafees and restaurants around.
You have to take one floored stairs to get to your place. You have an air conditioner, but you have to pay an extra for it (depends on the used electricity not so expensive, about 4 $ for 1 day). The floor and the windows are all wooden. You will use solar energy for hot water.
You can ask help for somethings from the housekeeper. The housekeeper is sitting at the same house. The area is very calm and clean. The house is surrounded by a little garden and there is a way of walk way (vehicles forbidden) in front of the house.
It is 45 minutes from the Adnan Menderes (Izmir) Airport. 65 km from the city Izmir, 32 km from Ephesus, 40 km from Kusadasi. You can find public transportation to every place above mentioned by paying around 3 euro. You can also find taxies from Ozdere to these places.

Summary: We (two adults and two teens) stayed in that flat for two weeks in May / June 2018 and enjoyed it very much. The owner (Guler) is living in the house, too and is both very hospitable and helpful. Furnishing incl. kitchen is average, but fully functional. The view from the balcony is breathtaking wonderful and if the skies are bright, one can enjoy the view to Samos Island. The sea with it's sandy beach is directly in front of the house and an outside shower is available. Several supermarkets and restaurants are nearby within walking distance. There is a great outside market in the center of Özdere on Saturday which we highly recommend.
