Positive: Everyone is very friendly. Waiters clean child chairs before every meal. Meals are great.

Negative: Water in indoor pools is relatively cold. This is especially a problem in a kids pool.

Positive: Great and diverse food at all three meals. A well-equipped room. Two indoor pools: one for adults and one for small kids. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. A rare but very convenient feature: dim lighting in the bathroom.

Negative: - Maybe in 2010, when the hotel was built, it felt like 5 stars, but it’s barely a 4-star experience in 2026. While I enjoyed the live piano and spa, the lack of sleep and other issues overshadowed the positives. - The first night was awful: the AC didn't work, the blanket was too cold, and the pillow was too thick, even though I explicitly asked for a thin one. (All fixed afterward.) - Soundproofing is insufficient: every neighbour's door slamming or conversation in the corridor can be heard. - Room issues: cold granite floor without underfloor heating, shower door doesn't close tightly leading to a wet floor, shower accessories are constantly falling off the holders, tilted toilet (!), etc. - No indoor kid space, only an outdoor one; it’s inconvenient in case of bad weather. - Some personnel need to know English better, or at least stop pretending they do. I literally had a conversation like: "What non-alcoholic cocktails do you have?" "Yes!" "No, I'm asking what the options are." "Yes-yes!"

Summary: Great food and pool, but rooms need upgrade.

Positive: The swimming pool was big and clean. The sandy beach and its water were the best!!

Negative: The spa and its facility were not good. They were leaving the door of Hammam open in case children want to go there😳 There were two hotel employees sitting behind the desk and constantly staring at you, and following you with their eyes, making you feel uncomfortable. The spa fees were high like the advanced countries in Europe, so nobody was using any services with fees in there. We tried the hammam once, and never went back again.

Summary: While the hotel was pleasant, it didn't quite live up to the high expectations set by its premium price tag.

Positive: Its very nice, clean and luxury! Very kind and warm staff. We came with baby and they even make a floor bed for her since she falls from bed and cot :)

Negative: Last day while eating mantı on beach restaurant, my wife broke her tooth because of a small stone/bone in minced meat. We talked with guest relations but there was a male manager there. He was a bit judgy and made us feel guilty to ask if hotel will pay dentist check since it is hotel’s mistake. I dont remember his name but he needs to be more positive with guests.
