A large comfortable 1550 square foot Charming, cheerful, and colorful Mexican decor home. Two very spacious in suite bedroom/bathrooms and comfortable king beds with seating areas. Take a look at the 50 up to date photos below that clearly show this. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Maid service is supplied 6 days a week. Vista Del Sol is a very highly sought after building with an excellent reputation. The building is right on the famous Los Muertos beach and the quite south side of the malecon walkway right in the heart of the Zona Romantica. There's a very large heated rooftop pool. The pool has salt filtration for your well being. The rooftop area is huge with a lot of loungers , shaded area and private areas and a spectacular 360 degree view. Rooftop area has a large BBQ under a large shaded palapa with a sink. Many tables and chairs to enjoy. There are also excellent views of the ocean, city and mountains from all windows and rooms of the home. Condo 802 has a large balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the beach and views of the city and mountains. The home is at the end of the hallway for added privacy. Vista Del Sol is an outstanding location within flat walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, shops and countless other amenities. There is even a restaurant and bar with beach service in the building. The home has air conditioning and fans. They are not normally needed due to a great natural cross ventilation that comes through the spacious windows including the 2 bathrooms. There are two new hotel grade king size beds in each of the 2 bedroom suites. 2 very comfortable futon type sofas in the living room for guest 5 and 6. Condo 802 is a fully furnished and functioning home. There is 24 hour English and Spanish speaking reception, concierge, and security. No fears if you arrive late because the keys are available 24/7 at the front desk. There is street parking in front if you have a car. We have laundry facilities available for your needs on the property. The maid does general cleaning 6 days a week. There are two elevators in the building and very large lobby and meeting area with a lot of comfortable seating areas. All towels including beach towels and bedding are supplied and cleaned at no additional cost. Vista Del Sol is a very popular building and holds an excellent reputation for years for it's beauty and excellently maintained quality. We have a full maintenance staff on property to maintain the entire building to the highest standards. Most of all condo 802 is highly sought after all year long and year after year because of it's ideal LOCATION. You can easily and safely walk about the area and the extent of the malecon right in front along the famous Los Muertos beach front which extends the length of the old town area. The beachfront has many restaurants and bars with beach service.

Summary: The location and view of the ocean from the room is what makes this rental an ideal spot. I think it is more suited for guests sleeping in the bedrooms only since AC is not directly blown into the common areas. The washer dryer is located in the basement and there is a nominal fee for its use. Despite these two inconveniences I would highly recommend staying here. It is well decorated and in very good condition. Sitting in the center of the Zona Romantica it is accessible to just about any desires you may have. The staff were very helpful.

Summary: We all enjoyed this colorful Mexican themed condo with 8th floor sunset views from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped, although so many restaurants we never used it. Except for the fridge and ice cubes. ;-) Beds were comfy, plenty of hot water for showers. The only issue we had was the floors were really dirty. Could not go barefoot. An older guest dropped her hearing aid. The floor under the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool as well. It was awesome and not many guests were using it. Overall we’d definitely return. It’s in the perfect location. And quiet.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and found the location, security and friendless of everyone quite enjoyable. It was easy to get around using Uber (sometimes taxis would be the same however you had to dicker with them).The unit itself was really comfortable with lots of plants and Mexican decor. I like a firm bed so it suited me just fine. The kitchen had all the basics. The outdoor patio was lovely for morning coffees and watching the waves. The pool was also very well maintained. We could have used more beach towels. One per person didn’t seem to be enough for our crew. We paid for the water service which was very reasonable. (70 pesos delivery tip). We’d go to the bank on the corner than to the OXXO to buy something small to break bills. The breakfast spot around the corner was really good (Casa Nicole)Dinner: Pancho’s Takos, Cafe des Artistes, Barcelona Tapas. We thought the Iguana was overrated and wouldn’t go to the Sea Monkey. Take advantage of the spa closely located: Venus Spa - you need to tell them what kind of pressure you want.
