Positive: Location was perfect and David was on hand for all my needs. Room had everything I need. Shower was nice and hot.

Negative: Lots of traffic noise.

Positive: Everything! I initially chose 71 San Antonio from the style of the property and good value. It was lovely. I was very comfortable. The room and property were exceptionally clean. David exceeded my expectations in getting back to me quickly and responding. I felt like a very welcomed guest not a tourist. The location is about a 4 minute walk from Victoria bus station if you go the route with the stairs. Facing Victoria bus station to the right is a small road. Across the road is a set of stairs. You walk up those stairs then turn/via left at the top. Continue on the left (this is the street where 71 is) when there is a choice between the left or straight ahead. These are small one way streets. At the top of the stairs if you turn right this is St Francis Square. The location is excellent!

Negative: That my stay was too short. I so hope to return again.

Summary: Perfect. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

Positive: We loved this place so much the first time, we had to come back for a second stay! From the moment you arrive, David, the host, gives you the warmest welcome. He’s super friendly and explains everything you need to know. The rooms are really clean, feel fresh and high-quality, and come with all the essentials — a mini fridge, TV, free coffee and tea, and even shower gel. The best part? Definitely the balcony with an amazing view of the Citadella. As apprentices on a budget, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Negative: The bathroom is quite small — it didn’t bother us at all, but it might be something to consider for others.

Summary: A lovely stay with a great host and a nice view — we’d happily return!

Positive: The location is great! You are in the centre and ample street parking nearby. Room was super clean and spacious. We opted for the room with an external bathroom which was on the top floor. Views from the room were exceptional too (see pictures!). Host was super responsive and friendly, he made every effort to accommodate us. If you want to experience a character filled house and don’t mind going up a couple of steps, we definitely recommend this property.
