Summary: The house and grounds were beautiful! We just had a few hiccups along the way. Firstly, we couldn't get in. We had to jump the gate and walk around the house to find an open door. The combo on the lock box did not work, therefore, we never received a proper key. There was also an alarm that went off all night long. I'm not even sure what triggered that. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Summary: This house met our family’s needs perfectly when we stayed there during our daughter’s wedding festivities in nearby San Rafael. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, and has quick accessibility to grocery stores. There were 12 of us, aged 9 to 73. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodated us well, although one of our teenage grandsons opted to sleep on the sofa instead of with his brother in a queen size bed. The kitchen is well-stocked, even with plastic storage bags and many dishtowels. The refrigerator is large and there are two dishwashers, which worked well for our needs. The pool, billiards table, pinball machine and gaming console provided hours of entertainment for our teenage boys. There are plenty of extra towels for the pool. We all enjoyed playing Apples to Apples and poker (awesome poker set!). We were the first guests to stay in this house so there were some shakedown issues, all of which were addressed by the host promptly and fully. I hope the host will provide written instructions in the future, such as trash/recycling guidelines, accessing the TV through YouTube, location and operation of light and fan switches, how to turn on the pinball machine, etc. The host sent me two videos with instructions, which were helpful, but then I had to keep sharing them with my family members when they asked about something. There is parking for 4 cars. The outdoor seating areas are great. We didn’t use the grill. Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful home, Amrit!
