Summary: The room was overall not that clean. One of the fire sprinklers was leaking, which I reported and it was never fixed, so there was water on the floor near the microwave for part of our trip. The second night there was INSANE kids making noise which I called the front desk to complain only to be told there is no security until 11pm. SIGNS ON THE WALLS SAY QUIET AT 10pm? That's dumb. We are talking at least 10 kids SCREAMING running in the halls and JUMPING in the stairwell, which was right next to our room at 10:15. not acceptable at 2pm and for sure not at 10pm!!! ALSO, side note: While I love the breakfast, not having free lobby coffee after 10am, was just a little on the low side. 95% of hotels I travel to, and I stay at a lot, have coffee until at least 12noon. That is a SMALL issue and just noteable.

Summary: They asked if I had a car and I said yes so they charged $15 a day but never asked for the license number or gave me a tag to put on the car. I could have just lied and wouldn’t have been charged. Plus the parking lot is huge and empty. Another rip off way to take money from customers.

Summary: The hotel was clean but had a number of snags: No stairs and very few lifts so a constant queue and wait to go up and down which seems ridiculous as we were only one floor up and could quite easliy walk up some stairs. The only stairs were fire escapes which all exited out into the care park and had no way back in other than to walk around the perimeter of the hotel and re-enter at the front. The reception staff seemed keen on keeping all interaction with customers to an absolute minimum. They recoiled when approached and gave monosyllabic answers to queries. The small refreshment shop at reception seemed to be poorly stocked and items were not restocked as they ran out so by Sunday there was slim pickings. The bar staff were much friendlier and perky. The room was poorly designed, the lighting was awful with only one lamp in the living space and a single pendant. Even with these on the space was gloomy and uncomfortable. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows lumpy and tired. No complimentary water and an unusable one-legged ironing board were the icing on the cake... Breakfast was basic but decent, however the buffet always seemed to have run out of at least one item which made it a bit of a lottery as to what you might get. Overall disappointing for the high price paid.

Summary: Nice hotel, but the A/C wasn't working and it couldn't be fixed. We also had to ask multiple times for more towels. Unfortunately, there's no hot tub here. Pros: Happy Hour and breakfast.

Summary: We were not told when breakfast ended so we almost missed it and the air conditioner in our room wasnt getting cold enough. The fan was great but was too noisy to run.
