2 Bedroom House in Farmington

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Includes the entire walk-out basement with mountain views, a completely private space with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an oven, range, garbage disposer, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
We are about a five minute drive to Lagoon Amusement Park, or you can easily walk to Station Park and great dining, shopping, cinema, and more. Our location offers easy access to I15 and a short drive to some of the world's greatest ski resorts such as Park City, Alta, and Snowbird.
We have three young children. We also have a sweet seven-year-old golden retriever. We are all good sleepers but we live on the main levels above and you may occasionally hear children making noise or the dog barking during your stay.
To get to the rental space (our walk-out basement) , you walk a short distance through the back yard - we don't yet have a path installed back there so if you're concerned about walking through grass that could be wet or snowy depending on the weather, this may not be the best place for you to stay.

Summary: Beautiful property close to lots of shopping, food, and Lagoon. Josh’s home is spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. We had no issues at all but I did speak to him through Vrbo and in person and he’s very kind and responsive. We were a little wary of staying in someone’s basement but it was just fine with the private entrance and the sound heard from upstairs was to be expected but also quite minimal, especially for a full-family home. This Vrbo is stocked with extra blankets, makeup rags, earplugs, kitchen items like plates, bowls, and eating utensils, a pack n play, and even a space heater even though they do allow you to adjust the basement temperature. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Josh & family

Summary: My cousins and I booked this place since it was the closest to lagoon and family’s house. This place was overall super easy to check in and check out. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something small and easy!

Summary: My wife, son and I visited for a weekend to explore the Farmington area. Everything was very clean and tidy. We really appreciated that we were able to use the pack and play for our boy. Communication was great and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend as a great option if visiting Farmington area!

Summary: This property was amazing and close to our venue. But the real treat was the hosts! They offered incredibly thoughtful communication and help with suggestions for activities. Summary: Our Stay went just as planned! It was no hassle! Stress free!!! Very clean! The house was so nice and cozy! Helped with our evening relaxation! We look forward to staying again! I decided to take my husband and kids to experience things I did as a kiddo. So we made it to the Lagoon! They all enjoyed it and it was so much fun! Thank you!!!!

Summary: The house was great, very clean, updated beds were comfortable. I stayed with my mom and husband for a family reunion. I would stay here again with no problem but without my mom. She had a hard time getting down to the back, the terrain is just harder for elderly people with limited mobility. The hosts were so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We even had fresh zucchini bread when we arrived. Great place for family and kids. They have the cutest playroom for kids. We were really only there at night but it felt like home. Thank you Josh and Tiff for allowing us to stay at your home.

Summary: Our experience was fabulous! We had 3 adults & 2 children. We went to Lagoon 1 day, and the Cherry Hills water park for 2 days. Josh & Tiff were perfect hosts; anything we needed, they were right there to accommodate, and Tiff even made us some delicious zucchini bread with cinnamon butter upon arrival. The guest house was very well maintained & very clean. The beds were very comfortable, TV was great with Netflix access. The best part, for the kids, was the built in play house, under the stairwell, complete with a little doorbell! My grandkids LOVED it, and it kept them occupied for 90 minutes after we first arrived! We loved everything about this place, and we look forward to coming again!
