Summary: Needed to stay close to a friend in Farmington. Property was just the right distance. Also easy to get to Big/Little Cottonwood Skiareas as well as Snowbasin. Kitchen well staffed - albeit we only used kitchen for breakfast. Had a great stay at the property.

Summary: The location was amazing for our activities, shopping, movies and Lagoon. The home was cute and easy to access. It had everything we needed. The only complaint is all of the towels seemed to be stained with mascara or another black substance. The master shower curtain liner was moldy and should be swapped. Other than the few concerns with the cleanliness, this was a great stay!

Summary: The place was very clean and well stocked! We really enjoyed the corn hole in the garage! There was a little water under the dishwasher when we arrived, but that was easily wiped up! The smoke detector was more sensitive than what we were used to. Overall, a great place!

Summary: This was a nice VRBO with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We brought our 2 pups and the back yard was fenced for them to run around in with a doggy door to come in and out as they pleased. It’s close to everything you need. Would stay here again when in the area.
