This is the downstairs apartment to my 2 apartment building Rental. This apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has one queen size bed and and bunk bed with a double size on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a Double size Futon in this room. This apartment has a full bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, it also has an additional sink in the 2nd bedroom. This apartment has a full size kitchen with full size appliances, seating for 7, and a sectional sofa for relaxing and watching Neflix on the TV.
Nice cozy beds, and comfortable setting are the best things about this place! This apt. is also nice for a couples get away, solo adventurers, Girls Trips, business travelers, and families (with kids). This apartment can be combined with the Upstairs apartment to sleep 16 people. That listing number is 445793.

Summary: Nice place for an overnight stay for sure. Everything worked just fine, beds were comfortable. If you are a light sleeper. It’s situated right next to the railroad tracks. We heard 2-3 trains throughout the night. But didn’t bother us any. Easy access, no issues. Would book again.

Summary: Our family of 7 stayed comfortably for three nights as we spent our days at Holiday World. Location was perfect with only mins from Holiday World and mins from town the other way. Definitely would stay again!

Summary: Family trip to Holiday World. Property approximately five minute drive to Holiday World. Country setting. Easily slept our group of 7. Communication with property owner good- quick responses. Would stay there again.

Summary: We loved how close this was to Holiday World. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Just a couple of notes. Laundry for this property is in the second floor unit. If staying on ground level you will not have access to it. Also, property is located right next to a train track. It did not bother us too bad since we live close to one, however if not use to it, it may be too loud for you.
