Summary: The property is excellent throughout: comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The garden, with different seating spots depending on the sun's position and strength, is also extensive. I loved the area too, local towns Brantome & Nontron, the Perigord- Limousin Regional Park and the plus beau village of St Jean de Cole. I should hope to return!

Summary: This lovely farmhouse has been lovingly restored and has all the mod cons that you require for a holiday. There was plenty of space inside to enjoy on rainy days, but the outside was a real bonus. The huge garden and fields around the property made you truly feel part of the country. The owners were really friendly and explained everything you needed to know at the beginning of your stay. Brantome was only a very short drive away and has some lovely restaurants along the river. A visit worth while! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Summary: The property was as described, extremely well equipped and certainly one of the nicest we have stayed in, which is quite a few. The garden is delightful with plenty of room, shade or sun according to taste. The property was a little hard to find as the satnav took us into the village, but using Google maps we were able to find it. One proviso; there are several steps within the property due to different floor levels and these could be a trip hazard or a problem for any with mobility issues

Summary: beautiful location set in extensive grounds. Everything was provided and the house was excellent. Could not have asked for more more except perhaps for WiFi but this was no great loss. Highly recommended. Roy and Jacqui. July, 2018
