Negative: No sheets located for 5th member of our family sleeping on coach. Coach was hard to pull out to convert to bed. Kept coming off the tracks. Other beds only had a fitted sheet & duvet. (Stayed in many rental units, never seen the flat sheet excluded) Minimal space to make stay more comfortable, need to keep clothing in suitcase & no place for suitcase but the floor. Views would have been enjoyed more if windows weren’t so dirty.

Summary: Location great, but would not consider booking again.

Positive: Quiet and comfortable. Close to my office for work and close to venue for our kids dance competition.

Negative: The neighbour next door must have been smoking pot and the smell would get into our unit. Thankfully the weather was nice so we could air it out by opening windows. Long time to get an elevator and was common for only 2 out of 3 to be operating at a time.

Positive: I liked how it was close to the zoo, downtown, casino and the C- train.

Negative: I wished there were at least a couple of fobs to get into the building and use of the elevators instead of only 1. There were a few of us, and we couldn't separate to do our own things within the area. The rooms had very thin curtains, and didn't block out the light at all. For a person who's used to blackout Curtains at home, it was hard to get used to. Otherwise, those are the only negatives about the place.

Positive: The instructions and it's site platform for check-in/out were very straightforward and detailed which was awesome, and the communication throughout the whole trip was absolutely amazing! The person/team that were taking care of us were incredibly helpful, with super quick responses to questions and concerns, and made us feel very much at ease on our vacation! Great job! Easily the best customer service I've received through these. Great location of course.The room could be very nice but cleaning service should do a better job especially with bedding. Basic, yet important repairs should be taken care of before guest arrival.

Negative: The bedding could not have be cleaned. The main bedroom sheets were visibly dirty, had hairs inside, a blood stain, and were very pilled so even after having to wash them on our "holiday" (before we went out for the night) it was an uncomfortable feeling and we had to sleep with our pants and shirt on.The 2nd bedroom bedding had a horrible smell of vomit which required us to wash them prior to using them as well so that sucked. That room also had a visibly broken closet door (unusable) with no repair made prior to us arriving, as well as a hallway closet door that didn't open but didn't want to try too hard. There was a light out over the kitchen island, the freezer drawers wouldn't open probably because of ice build up from putting them back in wet after cleaning. The room has floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony which were great, but they were very dirty not only outside, which is somewhat understandable being mid April, but also very dirty inside.

Summary: 5 ⭐ customer service!! Nice unit, needs to be prepared for guests better.

Positive: The check-in process was such a painful experience that I will probably never stay at one of these properties again although unfortunately the next accommodation is with the same company so not looking forward to that. To give credit where it is due - the instructions were very detailed but just a painful process for a family vacation. The amenities were somewhat lacking - 3 dryer sheets left in the box for a family of 5 and the dryer took forever. There were no teabags unless you paid $10. Getting around the parking garage was not easy either when you got past the entrance and were driving down to the allocated spot but there was a market close by so that made things a little easier.

Summary: Would think twice about staying here again
