Upstairs from the foyer is the living, dining and kitchen area with gas fireplace and deck access. The top floor is the sleeping loft with one queen bed, small television and 3/4 bath.

Summary: Home is clean and has everything you need. Beautiful view of the mountain and the shuttle bus stops basically right outside the door.

Summary: Great location, perfect setup for our family of 4. Everything we needed, redone and really pretty decor. Only downside which I totally was OK with but a bit disappointing was it appeared that we were the first people to be in the house in awhile. Spiderwebs in my face walking thru every doorway, spiders in the bathtub, webs all over the place. But other than the additional house guests which saw their fate, the house was super clean and comfy!

Summary: Great 3 level condo. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Exceptionally clean. Super soft bed linens. Lots of pillows! Beautiful view of the mountain. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Renter was a delight to deal with any of our questions/needs. 4 different pools, plus a mini kiddie pool. The one and only complaint was that there was no ac, but they provided multiple fans. Drafting the windows, with fans, kept us cool at night. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Summary: Have stayed at Villages of Loon several times. The location is convenient, and properties allow you to cook in if desired, providing all the essentials. Would recommend the townhouses. This property lacked AC, making it stuffy once temperatures rose over 75*.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here with out 2 kids. The condo was nicely furnished with eveything you need. Fully stocked kitchen including keurig, nespresso, coffee pot & tea kettle! We cooked almost every dinner here and had no issues finding everything we needed. The deck is lovely to sit on and enjoy relaxing and listening to nature. There's a gas fireplace which is easy to use and takes the chill out for those cool nights. Conveniently located near lots of things to do - we enjoyed hiking right up the road in the Pemigewasset Wilderness, visited Flume Gorge, explored the Pemi River right across the street, took the gondola ride to explore the summit of Loon and had a great time in the glacial caves there. Loon is beautiful and this condo was the perfect location to explore all that the Lincoln area has to offer.

Summary: Enjoyed our 3-night stay in this Lincoln townhouse. Living room/dining room is beautiful with lots of big windows that look out at the mountains of Loon. (Owners have a telescope also for viewing). Everything was very clean. We only ate breakfast there, but kitchen had all the amenities. If you are a coffee lover, they had all the gadgets. Master bed was big and comfy. Loft area was a bit squishy, but my older kids didn’t mind at all. Gaylene was very responsive to my messages. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again.
