Summary: We were in town for our son's wedding. This place gave the whole family rooms of their own and let us all be together under one roof. Spacious and cozy all at once. Was the perfect venue. The bride and girls even ended up getting ready here because the accommodations were so great!

Summary: Bill's house is truly amazing! We had 10 people on the trip but felt like we could have fit so many more! The house is spacious and truly has everything you need. We loved the outdoor shower, kitchen, and back patio. It is close to everything that Chatham has to offer. Bill was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with a few recommendations. We also forgot something at the house and were able to retrieve it from him. We want to come back next year if Bill will have us!

Summary: The house was great. Size was perfect for our two families. Was nice and clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard area looks like it will be beautiful once the upgrades are complete. Would love to stay here again.
