Positive: Lovely location walking distance to beach
Negative: Carpets bit grubby and really bad problem with ants everywhere had to put everything in sealed bags once opened to prevent them getting to it. We found some ant powder in the garage so put that around kitchen area

Positive: Everything was included. More things than I expected. Spare blankets. A lot of towels. Kitchen items like tea, pasta, oil, seasonings, blender and dishwasher. Stayed for two nights with the children. They had the time of their lives. Massive back garden and a lot of games in the games room. Garage has beach toys that the kids enjoyed with on the beach. Literally a 10 minute walk from daymer bay beach and a 25 min walk from Polzeath Beach. I would recommend walking to Polzeath beach as it’s a scenic walk. The rooms were clean the living area was spacious. Overall brilliant house and an extremely quiet and clean area. Will definitely come back.
Negative: The hot water stopped working, however after calling the property cleaner, she explained where to fix it from.
Summary: An excellent family home with a beautiful location.
