Summary: Property was great and is as listed. It has plenty of space for all of us to gather together for meals and to talk or play games. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. Just a note if you have a hard time with steps, this property does not have a bedroom on the main floor. This was harder for our older parents, but it ended up working out OK. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Had a great time. The house was nice and lots of room. Communication with Property Managers was really good. The one thing was the advertised stated 5 bedrooms (sleeps 14). We had 14 people (including 2 infants-not using beds), but yet was charged $400 added guest charge?!

Summary: We had a friends weekend out in the Denver area and stayed at this house. I love the location of it as you are pretty close to anything you will need. Beautiful home with amazing people who are so easy to get ahold of. Definitely will be staying at one of their properties again.
