Positive: Bed and linens were very comfortable. Friendly staff.

Negative: Poor internet. Food in the restaurant was not good. Tasted and smelled burnt. Absurdly loud kids at the pool with rude parents who did nothing. Not hotel's fault. Thanks to the bad internet, could not order room service, which was something my wife was looking forward to a lot, and therefore extremely important to me, especially since it was Valentine's weekend. Overall, not bad, but not what I expected out of a four-star hotel.

Positive: I liked the bed. It was a very comfortable king size bed. The pillows were nice, most places have flat pillows but I enjoyed these pillows. The TVs and channels are the best ever, Netflix, Pluto, i mean the options were good. Mostly clean but one of the sheets had a nasty stain on it.. we just took it off

Negative: No hot tub. I mean seriously? This massive hotel NEEDS a hot tub. So disappointing. The bathroom door is a sliding barn style door, zero seal. Hope youre comfortable using the bathroom with the people you are sharing a hotel room with. Zero bathroom privacy. The doors are so thin I woke to 2 men talking outside our room and it sounded like they were in our room, it was a horrifying way to wake up at 6am. No vending machines and once again NO HOT TUB 😭

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable the hotel and surrounding area was visually appealing.

Negative: Room was canceled after I paid for it prior to check in. Front desk staff and manager on site argued with me for 15 minutes telling me that paying with my venmo card through booking.com was not a valid form of payment. Treated me very poorly and did not recieve any kind of apology for almost an hour. Made me pay an extra 100 dollars as a deposit in case I damaged the room which I was not aware of at the time I reserved my room. They have not returned my deposit. While they gave me my room and two vouchers for free breakfasts I still feel upset over how it was handled on their end. Outside of the staff that were there when I checked in it was a decent stay.
