Summary: The place was very very clean. Cleaner than most hotels. Host was very prompt with answers and contacted promptly with different things that arose before we arrived. The neighborhood seems a lil sketchy but it was very quiet and seemed better than the appearance. I would definitely stay again

Summary: It was very convenient to the family members we were visiting over the holidays and allowed dogs. (The 420 friendly feature was not really a factor for us) The hot tub looked inviting but we did not end up using it. Overall it had everything we needed.

Summary: We had 2 families, 7 total and 2 dogs. The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, great park for the dogs across the street, nice bathroom, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The little back yard was nice for the dogs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I grew up in the area so it was perfectly located for our stay to visit family. For those not from the area there are lots of places to eat nearby and it’s a short drive to down town Denver. Mile High and Ball Arena only a 15 minute drive. My only small complaint was the super small coffee pot and the overwhelming smell of marijuana when we arrived. I know it was 420 friendly but it was almost unbearable when we arrived and it lingered all week. We had kids so it wasn’t ideal. Overall it was a great little place!
