We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

The adjacent lounge invites you to sink into the plush L-shaped sectional, catch a favorite show on the 50-inch Smart TV, or warm up by the electric fireplace after a day of outdoor adventures.

The lower-level game room is designed for hours of fun, featuring a 100-inch screen projector for movie nights, a foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, giant checkerboard, and a small putting green. It’s the perfect spot to bring everyone together, whether you’re competing in a friendly match or winding down after a day in the mountains.

Step outside to a covered back patio with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill, ideal for evening cookouts. The fenced backyard offers space for lawn games or a safe spot for pets to roam - this home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs with a small cleaning fee. Comfortable sleeping arrangements
Six oversized bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, offering a total of eight beds - three kings, two queens, two fulls, and one full sofa bed - accommodating up to 14 guests. The master suite features a private bathroom and generous closet space. All bedrooms are furnished with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.
Modern bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for your group, each stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower/tub combo for added convenience.
Family- and traveler-friendly touches
The home is equipped with a crib, Pack ’n Play, and baby safety gates for younger guests. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and an e-guidebook with local recommendations. For those arriving by car, parking for up to five vehicles is available, along with an EV charger. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry, and safety is a priority with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

From this central location, you can reach Downtown Denver in about 16 minutes, Red Rocks Amphitheater in 14 minutes, and Echo Mountain Ski Resort in under 45 minutes. Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
