Summary: My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the bnb. This was our first time on the eastern side of PEI for a vacation. Tanja and Karl were excellent hosts who ensured we had everything we needed, including recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and experiences. Their hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day! They prepared a beautiful breakfast for us each morning (even taking care of my gluten-free request). I certainly would recommend staying with Tanja and Karl anytime!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as described. Tanja and Karl were amazing hosts, breakfasts were delicious, and their suggestions for local things to do were great. They know how to do B&Bs with little extras that elevate the stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: Everything was top notch! The room was spacious, beautiful well appointed and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The daily breakfasts were gourmet! The relaxation room with hot tub was relaxing and spotless as well. The hosts were very welcoming and shared their knowledge of points of interest and favorite spots on the island with guests. They are conveniently located near the Confederation Trail for hiking or biking. I hope to return and highly recommend this B&B to others.

Summary: Hosted by Tanja and Karl, they looked after our every need. The property exudes casual country charm, and the rooms are elegantly appointed. Breakfasts were delicious and accompanied by pleasant conversation. We enjoyed nearby beaches, restaurants, and lighthouses...highly recommend this B&B

Summary: My wife & I had a great relaxing stay at the Country Charm B&B . Our hosts Tanja & Karl were very obliging & made us feel like family . The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed . It also had furniture imported from Germany. Our first night we concluded the day in the hot tub room - very relaxing . We stayed two nights and had a hearty breakfast each morning made by the lovely host couple . Location is ideal as it borders the Confederation Trail , short walk to Murray Harbour and easily further with the bikes for rent . Highly recommend this to visitors from outside PEI or Islanders such as us for a quiet get-away. Property has a beautiful lake and boats for use. We plan to return in the future even if just to say Hi to Tanja & Karl. Maybe even a little drive in a sports car for Karl !!!

Summary: This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Summary: Glen and Joan are excellent host we had great conversations in the evening over tea with them and fellow guests. Breakfast was amazing made by Glen. Our bed was a little stiff for our likings but some people like them harder then others.

Summary: We rolled into Forest & Stream on July 1st for a 2-day stay and were greeted by the very gracious and friendly Glenn, who took the time to detail specific points according to our interests on a handy map of the east point before handing us the key to Shady Nook. What a cottage! Clean, cozy setup, beautiful surroundings, and stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and utensils that we needed for homecooked meals. Not to mention the charcoal grill and bbq located right outside our cabin. We did some travelling around to different beaches and historic sites during our stay, but we also partook in the sweet onsite offerings of bike rentals for the nearby Confederation Trail, and took the canoe and the paddle-boat scot-free for a jaunt down the forest-hugged tributary at the foot of the property. No matter what we filled our days with, our cozy, comfortable, homey Shady Nook was always a welcoming retreat at the end of them. Glenn and Joan were so very hospitable, helpful, accommodating, and friendly and we thank them for making our trip to the island so perfectly unforgettable. We will be back! Stayed: July 2015, travelled with family
