Positive: The location was great. Close to the beach and main shopping area but quiet enough not to be noisy. The house was spacious with everything we could need and very clean. Would highly recommend nd will very likely book again.
Negative: The only suggestion would be to have locks on all the bathroom doors. Otherwise there was nothing to not like.

Positive: Nice big house, large kitchen. Hot tub and back yard space were lovely for the kids and dog. 2 off-road parking spaces were great, parking in the back yard would have been tight. Free overnight parking at the nearby leisure centre was plentiful.

Positive: Large comfortable house,clean,plenty of seats,kitchen well stocked,hot tub and a lovely welcoming basket,great location and somewhere to park 2 cars
Negative: The cooker was a real pain,the oven and grill were easy,but to get the hobs on the heat we needed, they took longer to work than actually cooking. No heating in the bathrooms,the blind in the middle window in the kitchen was all tangled up and we couldn't open it or close it.

Positive: The house was well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. All the rooms were extremely spacious and having the hot tub in the garden was an added bonus. The house was in a great location with only a short walk to town. The staff were so helpful and quickly rectified an issue with the WiFi connectivity keeping us updated and arranging an engineer to attend the property to resolve.

Positive: Great place for a family get together. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of things to do in the local area. Dr Crank's ghost walk recommended.
Negative: Top floor bedroom stairs steep and could be improved with a hand rail. Access to parking in rear of propery quite tricky with anything bigger than a medium sized car. Be aware that the road the property is on has two names, John St one side, and Normanby Terrace the other (Dr Crank will explain if you go on the ghost walk!)

Positive: We have stayed here twice now with friends and we will definitely be back again! The house is in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The house was clean throughout and the rooms are very spacious. We love that it is also dog friendly! It has everything you need for your stay including a travel cot and highchair for the kids and the hot tub is a great addition.
Negative: We tried to contact the host about the heating and didn't get a response. Luckily we did manage to sort this ourselves in the end but the communication could be better.
