Positive: Our group of 6 friends had a fantastic few days here. The house is beautifully done up (to the extent that we were looking up where the sofas came from), clean, quiet and extremely well equipped. Every bedroom is large with a lovely en suite bathroom, quality bedding and classy decor. There is plenty of space in the main lounge/kitchen and we felt really comfortable. The sea views are fabulous and the location is excellent. We were there on weekdays in May and had no trouble finding permit parking nearby. The house is very well managed - parking permits were ready for us when we arrived and any questions we had were answered very quickly. This is a high end property which we would highly recommend.

Positive: The house is in a great position beautiful views and handy for all of the local attractions and pubs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable best night's sleep I have. Had for ages.

Negative: Could have done with 1 more parking ticket as there were 3 cars.

Negative: The parking! We managed and have 2 disabled vehicles. Then some of the family couldn’t arrive until the next day! The host was really helpful.

Positive: The property is spacious and very clean. There was plenty of room for our 3 generation family. There views are amazing and the location ideal for exploring Whitby.

Negative: Nothing we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Positive: Perfect location and the property ticked every box spacious , comfortable and just perfect throughout .

Negative: Nothing to dislike about the property , just parking near was quite hard especially if you moved your car but being an Easter weekend didn’t help .

Positive: The location is wonderful with fabulous views and easy access to all the attractions in Whitby. The house is spacious - easily accommodating our party of 10 - and the standard of furnishing is excellent. The kitchen area is well equipped and perfect for cooking for large groups and there is a fantastic dining table easily able to seat 12 diners. All the beds are comfy and the large bathrooms are equipped to a really high standard.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Seaview. It couldn't have been more perfect, three generations under one roof with plenty of room to be together and also be separate when we wanted. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need, it's also in a great location for exploring Whitby. We all agreed it's the best place we've stayed as a family. We were made to feel so welcome by the host, all our questions and requests were answered really quickly. We hope to visit again soon.
