Newly renovated 4 bedroom located south of Summerlin just 15 minutes from Red Rock and 20 minutes from The Strip via easy highway access. Our home has a beautiful open floor plan with a beautiful full billiards table with professional cues and game room with TV, Gaming seats, and Air Hockey. The backyard has a lovely shaded patio area with bbq grill and a large beautifully lit saltwater pool with waterfalls. This house also has a bedroom and full bath downstairs for easy accessibility.
All concerns and questions must be communicated via Airbnb/Hostfully/HomeAway/TripAdvisor messenger. We are available from 9am to 8pm. If you do not receive a timely response in Airbnb, we have provided 2 contacts for after hours EMERGENCIES only. We are pleased to provide any assistance in a prompt and timely manner while not invading the privacy of our guests.
Beautiful quiet family oriented neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and remember to follow the house rules for our home. This is not a strip club, it is a home. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby park, restaurants, and shopping. We have a few favorite spots that are recommended in our welcome manual.

Our home has a full kitchen with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We suggest you bring any spices you prefer. We provide towels, soap, blankets, and sheets. We also provide limited quantities of cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.
There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms total. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second bathroom is upstairs by the guest bedrooms. Located downstairs is one bedroom with queen bed and one full bathroom.
Uber and Lyft are incredibly prominent in Las Vegas making transportation quick, reliable, and affordable. Parking is limited in our neighborhood so please follow our instructions.
There is a two car garage. Guests must park in the garage at all times. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this home. The only complaint that I had is the kitchen isn't stocked very well as far as pots & pans. Other than that we really enjoyed the home. I just wish that the pool would have been warmer or the hot tub would have been available. I had asked if the pool was heated and did not receive a response back from the homeowner. We will book this home again the next time we decide to run away from home

Summary: The house was great everything was as noted great location the weather was not good enough for the pool but the pool is very nice ..we had no remotes to get in and out of the garage but not a huge deal.. I figured out the garbage cans on the side of the house ..thanks again great house would love to stay again on our next trip to Vegas

Summary: We had to pay for the full 8 days ahead of time with no refund. That should have been a red flag. they did not give us the address or logistical information until 48 hours before check in. Here is part of their instructions: Please pull cars into garage and close garage door before unpacking to avoid bothering the neighbors. Thank you! As stated in our house rules and for the safety of our home, please do not share details of your rental agreement with ANYONE. Although unlikely, if anyone asks, you can just tell them it is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. You are NOT obligated to answer any questions from ANYONE, as your right to privacy is protected by LAW. Thanks! The ice maker in the fridge did not work, the coffee machine was broken, we were not allowed to use the hot tub or the gas fireplace. No instructions about how to use anything in the house including garbage take out. DON'T STAY HERE

Summary: Very fun house, especially if you have teens. We had several teens and they loved the video games, the air hockey table, and the pool table. We were there in the winter but the pool looks like it would be additional source of family fun in the summer.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Couches had recliners on each end which was very much appreciated. Master bed and bath were very roomy. Location was great as we were there for a wedding in Summerlin. This is the first place we have ever rented that didn’t have an information sheet on the property in the unit. We could never figure out how to turn on the fireplace. No Information on recycling and there was not a collection place in either the house or the garage. The night before we checked out they sent instructions on checkout. They asked to put garage out and recycling in the bins which were outside on the side of the house. That was the first reference to recycling but by then it was too late. This can easily be corrected with a standard information sheet. That was the only thing that held me back from giving it 5 stars. I would definitely rent again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! Updated kitchen with plenty of housewares. Quiet outdoor seating and pleasant pool! The pool table and game room were a big hit in the evenings after our time in downtown Vegas. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. This property is highly recommended.
