Positive: 1) House was clean 2) Hosts were prompt in responding to all questions/requests

Negative: 1) $300 USD fee to heat the pool. :( This should be detailed in the property description. It wasn't to our knowledge. 2) We couldn't control the hottub ourselves. Had to ask the host every time we wanted it on or off and it took about 30 minutes to heat up. Maybe get a cover (for energy savings) and have it always on when guests are booked? 3) There should have been some non-disposable plastic drink glasses to use around the pool and hottub. 4) The pool and hottub area in the back could be made so much more cosy and inviting with plants and decoration. Feels like a concrete walled box. 5) Speakers in living room were disconnected, so we could only play music through TV. Should have at least one bluetooth speaker for music. I get that you don't want loud music but hosts seem to have gone too far in limiting the ability to listen to music in the house.

Positive: Location was great. Easy Uber ride to strip or Fremont street. Plenty of household amenities - towels, dishes, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. Enjoyed being able to park in garage. Pool and hot tub were nice and primary reason we chose this property. Area felt safe. Owner was reasonably responsive when texted to use hot tub.

Negative: Made reservations in March for September and requested early arrival time. It was approved by the owner. NO caveat of pending cleaning if rented night before. As a courtesy, on the morning of our reservation I texted owner to say we still expected to arrive early as approved. I was informed that the property would not be available early as approved pending cleaning from rental the day before. I was informed it might be available by 2:30 but that check in time is 4 and I would be notified with a text/email when ready and the door access code provided. Ok…. communication would have been nice ahead of time but we made the change work. That is until 2:30, 3:00, 4:00, 4:30 rolled around with no communication or response to multiple texts and emails regarding when property was ready. FINALLY shortly after 4:30 we received the access code and a response of “sorry must have forgot to send”. REALLY????? This IS your business. This did impact our experience and opinion. Walls, baseboards, doors, door handles were filthy or in much need of maintenance… paint, cleaning, filling in of holes where wall hangings etc once were. Front yard entry was overgrown and needed some cleaning or maintenance. All of this did not break our trip but did give us pause for the price.

Positive: The location, the pool, the layout of the house, the convenience, everything about this place was amazing!!

Negative: There wasn’t very much to criticize to be honest o key thing I would say is the backyard borders 3 or 4 other houses so to be respectful of the neighbors you gotta keep the noise down a bit, which is tough in Vegas but it’s very understandable

Positive: Overall, the house was awesome. Clean, spacious for four adults. The pool is nice! The host is great- very responsive! When we first arrived front bathroom lights wouldn’t work, he came over immediately and fixed the situation. No other issues during our 4 night stay. Also, if you aren’t familiar with Vegas…. This is pretty far (about 15 min ) from strip in a quiet neighborhood - we liked it… Uber/ Lyft easy to use!

Negative: Bed number 2 is not very comfortable. Bed number 3 is two twins (daybed, trundle) not full sized beds. Overall the environment was decent though!

Summary: Overall, awesome stay! We would rent this home again!!
