Positive: Absolutely beautiful home! Ashley our host was wonderful to work with, and went out of her way to see that our stay was perfect. We have some pretty amazing rooms comps in Summerlin, but traveling with a service dog, we thought a rental home would be easier... believe me, it was. This home was SPOTLESS, in a perfect location just minutes away from everything, and felt like home from the minute we arrived. Everything you could possibly need is provided, even down to snacks and coffee, which was an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed our stay here even more than the free suites we had available at the high end resorts in Summerlin, and I will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip. Even our dog Bella loved it, and we can't thank Ashley enough for being such a wonderful host. We recently built our "dream home" here on the Gulf, and I actually enjoyed staying here as much as in my own home. I only hope that as word gets out about how great this place is, it will still be available when we return. ABSOLUTELY 5 stars. Thank you Ashley, you have a lovely home.

Positive: The property was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay - bedding, kitchen supplies, towels. It was nice to have the fenced back yard to let my dogs hang out outside. Getting to the strip was also very easy for nights out.
