Positive: We have stayed here before, it was comfortable and convenient.

Negative: Housekeeping was severely underrated. Dirty, only provided small soap in bathrooms. They did provide a convenience package in the kitchen. Had we not brought our own soaps, etc. we would have been out of luck. Things needed to be replaced or repaired.

Summary: Could have been better but it could also been worse.

Positive: Key code was easy to use and the location was convenient for our trip. Neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and not too far from the beach.

Negative: The bed in the back bedroom (not the bedroom off the kitchen) was very soft and uncomfortable. The bathroom near the back bedroom did not have a tub mat, so it was slippery when wet. There was no hair dryer in the unit.
