Positive: As soon as we entered the property you could tell that the owners take pride in furnishings and adding little touches eg a welcome hamper, which means a lot. All kitchen appliances are known brands and excellent quality. There is absolutely everything you need. Ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. More than happy to recommend this property.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at 30 Waterside Holiday Park. The holiday home was exceptional and beautifully decorated. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was a welcome basket upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The area itself couldn't have been better with all amenities within a few minutes' walk, including a pool, beach access,club house bar with pool table, dinning, and mini arcade. There was also a launderette on site. There is a chinese takeaway, pub with park, and bus stop directly outside the complex. In all, it was a great holiday home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Positive: Very good communication before we left with reassurance to contact if we had any concerns / questions. Clean and welcoming with a hamper and essentials present on arrival. Dog friendly along with coast bar on site. Out door sitting area.

Positive: clean, good facilities in the townhouse, owner was very helpful

Negative: no specific issues with the property, but swimming pool was unavailable for duration of stay due to maintenance/repairs, arcade was not always manned when there were various issues with the video games.
