Positive: Very close to the beach. It was really special watching the sunrise at high tide. Accommodation was very clean and spacious.

Positive: The location was excellent, the lodge very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Negative: The very narrow road and limited parking. I have a long car and the car got damaged at front and back due to a very tight turning circle where the car was damaged by the wooden tree stumps outside the grass verges on both sides.

Positive: In easy reach of the sea in a secluded enclave. Well equipped and good information on facilities and their operation.

Negative: A bit of noise from the road at night - if you are a sensitive sleeper. 5pm was a bit late in the day to specify the arrival time and 9am for departure could be a bit early for some. Having said that, we coped.

Positive: Surprisingly spacious accommodation in quiet location. Rabbits In the gardens; our preschool child was delighted to be on holiday in the Teletubby homedome. Fully set up for self catering which is good as there are few eating out opportunities in walking distance. 2 minutes to beach. 10 minutes to Lowestoft and 15 minutes to Great Yarmouth. Lots of family activities in both. We liked Pop's Meadow (not overly stimulating fair for small kids in Lowestoft) and the model village (with crazy golf) and Big Wheel in in Gt. Yarmouth.

Negative: There was a fault with power supply. But the in-site staff sorted us out in half a day so we were ok.
