Positive: The proximity to water falls, scenic hikes and downtown was perfect!

Negative: Internet lagged a lot, couldn’t watch any shows without constant buffering. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back though.

Positive: The property was very well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. Wonderful large bedroom and bath on the second floor with a nice bedroom and bath on the main floor as well. Perfect for one or two couple to enjoy and relax. Great location not far out of town in Highlands and also close to nearby waterfalls. Very convenient for the shops and restaurants that we wanted to shop and dine. Hope to stay at this property again when visiting Highlands.

Negative: Wish the property was not so close to the road, but even with the close proximity the traffic noise was very minimal. Would not deter me from staying here.

Summary: Very nice relaxing property for one or two couples in quaint town of Highlands.

Positive: The location, accommodations, and ease of booking were perfect. Close to virtually everything we wanted to do (waterfall chasers), and with the house being just the right size and comfort, we had a very relaxing time! Sitting in front of a roaring fire while Mother Nature raged outside was our favorite part.

Negative: The 1st floor bedding hadn't been changed, but LUCKILY the bed upstairs had! Felt like Goldilocks getting to choose her bed!

Positive: Location was very close to downtown just a few minute drive as Franklin turns into Main street. We did not go to the Verandah restaurant but thought that was nice to have so close. House was clean and beds comfortable.

Negative: Only stayed one night so nothing bad to report!

Summary: It was a perfect place for 2 couples. Close to downtown without being right in the middle of it.
