Summary: House was perfect, only thing was proximity to train that ran 3 times per night. Took some getting used to, but not a problem at all. Lovely accommodations.

Summary: This is a very neat and clean house. It has most of what you need, but would be better if it had a BBQ, and some grass in the back yard. The back yard is all just weeds, and completely unusable. The location of this house on the map shows it to be a short walk from the lake, however there is no walking access to the lake at all. It is just a very short drive down to the city beach I. sandpoint, which is very nice. Overall if you are looking for a very quiet and clean house a good neighbourhood, you will like it here.

Summary: Our family absolutely loved our vacation! The house is close to everything we needed, we even walked to the city beach each day. Dawn provides everything you need to sit and enjoy the sun outside or watch a movie at night. Highly recommend!!

Summary: My wife, Mother In-law, and two teenage boys just stayed there. The home is beautiful, lots of space for all of us. Had all the things you need to cook, and more! Very quiet neighbourhood, with driveway parking. Close to Walmart, gas and fast food (2-3min drive). Also very close to downtown SandPoint (aprox 5min).Can’t speak highly enough about this place - we loved it!

Summary: My wife and I are traveling through Montana and Idaho with a couple of friends from our neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This house in Sandpoint was a perfect fit for the four of us. It is close to many beautiful lakes, mountains, and shopping. Located in a small quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay and I would book again.
