Positive: Good location for family wedding nearby Instructions with photos were very helpful Great to have a number of units next door for other family members

Negative: Parking space for only one vehicle per unit but managed to park in road. Fiddling with keys and code numbers a tad frustrating....especially in dark. No outside space but impossible for this kind of building and we didn't hang about much. (Wedding)

Positive: The layout quality furnishings and cleanliness. Also, the generous welcome basket.

Negative: It would have been better with a shaver socket in the bathroom locks on the bsthtoom and cloakroom door and, a blind on the glass bedroom door, so children were not disturbed by the light in the evening whilst in bed.

Positive: Beautifully modernised apartment in a converted former chapel. Well furnished and warm with easily controlled heating system. It was good to have dedicated off road secure car parking nearby. The welcome hamper was greatly appreciated.

Positive: Location was fantastic. Heating was always just right. Cooking facilities and welcome basket were great. Jackie very helpful and approachable.

Negative: Locked carpark secure but bit of a fiddle but we got used to it. No body wash/soap or shampoo/conditioner.

Summary: This was a near perfect stay. Very comfortable. Glad we chose Chapel Row. So handy to little supermarket and town.

Positive: Lovely modern and comfortable apartment. Very kind gesture of a gift basket on arrival, also bread and milk, which was a great help! Parking was safe and secure, and Jacky was extremely helpful in giving all the info required. There's a coop over the road, and a great pub called the Knockerdown serves very nice food about a 10-minute journey away. We stayed here to go Alton Towers, and it was the perfect base. The arcade machine is a plus and was well used by my 3 teens.

Summary: Perfect property. You won't be disappointed
