Summary: It would have been a perfect stay if it had a grill for the fourth, the placement of the cameras above the pool was odd. Overall a nice stay and quite. Good neighbors and neighborhood. House was very well stocked with games and other admenities. Property manager was very nice and fixed the front door lock promptly.

Summary: Stayed at this home with some family, including a newborn. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of space to gather and enjoy meals together, and the pool was a great place to cool off at any time day or night. The host provided all information required and was prompt with responses to questions. The fridge could use an update and some of the living room furniture was well loved but not uncomfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the beds. Would gladly stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this Rockledge property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is also conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. We had an easy time traveling to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral Port. The home, however, has a few safety concerns for older travelers. The shower did not have a grab bar. The area rug in the living room is not anchored with a pad or corner tapes and posed a slip and fall threat. Also the pool has no railing at the steps to help an older person go into and out of the pool. It would've been helpful if instructions had been made available on how to program the thermostat. However the property manager was very easy to communicate with and did accommodate a few of our concerns/requests.

Summary: The property is cozy and in a nice area of town. The house, pool and yard are well maintained. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room throughout the house so you weren't stepping on each other. At night it was quiet. Easy access to 95 and other main roads. Traci was also very nice and seemed to accommodating, although we didn't require anything additional. We would stay again.
