Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, beautiful views off the front porch, nice mattresses, plenty of space to sleep and communication with rental company was awesome. The only negative is that it is not very clean. The couches and carpets had big stains, and the mop boards need serious attention.

Summary: We loved this townhouse in Garden City. It was a perfect place for a fun three day adventure with teens. We enjoyed boating, zip lines, a great musical, horseback riding and more. The sign on the back door said take your shoes off but after seeing how dirty the carpet was I put mine right back on. I had to wipe down the pantry

Summary: We enjoyed being downtown next to everything, but the beds were rock hard in every room, the master bedroom had a tv but no remote, messages the company and they said they would check with the cleaning staff but never responded back… I have stayed in other town homes in this same area and I will never book with this specific home again.
