THE ROOM:
This double room for one person or with a partner is ideal because it has great space and brightness. A very comfortable bed (180cm)
that can be converted into two single beds. A large work space with tables and two chairs, especially if you are teleworking or studying. And a giant closet to organize all your clothes. The room has central heating, where we assure you will not feel the coldest winter nights. Additionally, it has high speed WiFi that you can even connect with cable directly to your computer if you need it. The bathroom is shared only with Room 4.

It has 4 spacious and comfortable rooms designed to ensure your comfort and privacy, and also you can choose the one that best suits your needs or make a better match.
Here you can relax, disconnect and see the best landscapes from what could be your next home. A completely renovated house located just 35 minutes by train from the center of Barcelona.
YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to β¬60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas).β¬90/month for couples.
- High-Speed Fiber Optic WiFi
- Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house.
- Welcome pack with two sets of bed linen and two sets of towels.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 50β¬/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250β¬ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY

- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35β¬/single room and 50β¬/2people occupancy.

- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35β¬/single room and 50β¬/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
CHECK-IN POLICY:

- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de PuigmartΓ 35, local 1 β GrΓ cia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 β¬ extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50β¬ extra fee.
