This Coliving house is located in the urbanization of Bellaterra, very close to the university campuses of UAB and ESADE.
This house has 3 bedrooms, one of them for single use and two of them adapted for couples or partners, completely renovated and super well equipped with the utmost care and affection.
It is a super bright and spacious house and has a huge living room completely outside but is very well insulated because you do not hear any noise from the street inside the house.
The jewel of this wonderful house: a garden area surrounded by nature, an outdoor terrace with different seating areas, a barbecue to enjoy in your free time with your new companions and a very large communal pool and ideal for summer!

- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.

- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
