Summary: I try to give my kids new experiences to create great memories. When I saw the listing for the farm I immediately wanted to book I knew my boys would love it but was hesitant because it was a new listing with no reviews. When we got to the property we were met by the owners son who stays in the basement to take care of the animals. He was awesome polite and very friendly. We enjoyed talking to him. But it was kind of a shock to know someone else was staying in the house it should have been in the listing. We did have complete privacy that being said. The boys were outside almost the entire time we were at the property looking at the animals running around and playing on the swing set. The seriously loved it! There were plenty of fresh eggs available but I didn't get to take advantage of cooking breakfast as we were only there for a quick weekend getaway. The house was clean but a few things would make it more comfortable... We were able to find one oscillating fan but that was i and I know that is not an issue for everyone but we are accustomed to moving air and the drains were a little slow to drain. Also there were no towels provided. Luckily I had brought some to use for our adventures but needed to use them as bath towels instead. All of that being said I would definitely stay here again. It's quaint and cute and not everyone gets to say they vacationed to a farm!
