Summary: Great place, conveniently located. Art is the ideal host. Always available-polite and responsive. I had an issue with the air conditioner. Art was there in 10 minutes. Had a contractor to troubleshoot the system that evening and had it repaired the next day. All within 24 hours.

Summary: Neighborhood was very nice. Good walking area. There was miscommunication with the TV not working b/c remote was not available. Eventually fixed that, but initially, the owner suspected I didn't know how to use Roku. Air filter had accumulated dust on filter retainer.. He did change filter, but initially wasn't going to vacuum filter retainer. Claimed he didn't have vacuum. I walked to the garage and showed how to use vacuum attachments of his vacuum to do job. Towards end of stay, owner was more congenial as he got to know me. TV was far undersized for the size of house and room. Had to rearrange the furniture so we could make out text on TV. TV's are cheap these days.
