Summary: The property and amenities were as advertised; simply marvelous. While it's in the outskirts of Naples, it's only 20 minutes to the beach and as we had just adults & small children (2 & 4) who weren't that fond of sand, there were not many reasons to leave the property, including the well-maintained pool, game room and pickleball/basketball court. Host and a 2nd contact were very helpful for any/all issues, such as pool temperature and grill mechanics. A very enjoyable time was had by all.

Summary: Great property - very clean and well appointed. Beds very comfortable and outdoor spaces amazing. Loved the pickleball court. David was extremely responsive and accommodating. Will come back again!

Summary: We held a management offsite meeting and it worked well. There are six private rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a table where everyone can sit, a comfortable TV area, and a beautiful outdoor pool and spa. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing our own meals.

Summary: Needing a large, multi-bedroom villa for a weeklong stay to watch our college daughters play basketball in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this property! Two homes sharing a driveway, joined by a courtyard with plentiful outdoor spaces (pickleball courts, basketball hoop, pool, hot tub, bean bags, hammocks, etc.) allowed us to enjoy the weather and one another’s company. The villas were very clean & provided plenty of towels & bathroom products. We did wish the kitchens were stocked with more cooking/grilling utensils, but the amenities (both indoor and outdoor) made cooking and grilling a treat. Located in a safe area, many of our friends walked/jogged throughout the neighborhood without any concerns. Loved our stay!

Summary: This property in Naples is magnificent. It is a beautiful property with two lovely houses. The descriptions are spot on. Extremely clean houses, fully stocked with all necessities like towels, soap, etc. We were 5 couples and had plenty of space, the amenities were amazing including a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, hammocks throughout the property. A great outdoor grill and bar area....everything needed for a great time and vacation. David was absolutely terrific to deal with and was extremely attentive to our needs and would get back to me within minutes with any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend this property and will surely return!

Summary: What a great property and 2 Houses. All. spacious and well accommodated! We had 11 of us…3 generations (ages 2-64). Pool is huge! Lots to do…Game room, pickleball, basketball and more. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this property!

Summary: Held a full weekend family reunion here with 10+ people. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It wasn’t bare bones - there was soap in every bathroom, TP, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Those are small items but go a long way in making for a nice experience. We spent all day at the pool and playing pickleball. BBQed on the grill. We had to force ourselves to leave to see any of Naples. There were one or two minor issues (no propane, issue with one fan) but the owner was very responsive and sent someone over to fix them promptly. Highly recommend!
