Summary: This place was a perfect location and great for large parties! The views were amazing! Doors connect through the back which was nice to not have to go downstairs sometimes. Definitely wish it was cleaner!

Summary: We’ve been vacationing in Mission/Pacific Beach for 10 years. This was our first time on the bay side rather than ocean. We liked it so much more! Everything is walkable and felt a bit more quiet than the hussle of the ocean side boardwalk. The house was wonderful with great views, nice boardwalk and sunrise views. Check in process was a breeze a communication with the host was easy. Will absolutely stay here again. Absolutely recommend!!!

Summary: We rented 2 of these townhouses, both were spacious, well appointed, and easily accommodated all 14 of our family members. Having the sandy beach right out our front door was the best thing for us. We didn't have any issues (except an SUV will not fit in the garage, only 6ft of clearance) but we knew that upfront. We highly recommend to other large family groups & hope to rent these units again in 2021.

Summary: Nice to be right next door and have 2 kitchens , beautiful views of the bay and walking accessibility to so many restaurants and activities. Had a couple maintenance issues but both were taken care of in a timely fashion. Short Uber rides to most San Diego attractions. Wonderful time with family!
