This spacious beach house boasts three large bedroom suites, each with a queen bed and private full bath, ensuring privacy. Suite #1 is on the ground floor, while suites #2 and #3, on the third floor, are separated for no shared walls. Suite #2 includes a private balcony with two comfy egg chairs for relaxing. There are 4 premium floor mattresses to accommodate children and teenagers and 2 pack and plays as cribs for infants. These can be placed throughout the suites as needed to accommodate your guests.
The second-floor GREAT ROOM is perfect for bonding, with a living area and fireplace for games, a dining space for large group meals, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a separate media room for movie nights. Two queen sofa beds add extra sleeping space.
Relax on three patios, one on each level, including a ground-level patio with a firepit table for cozy evenings.
Our property is perfect for comfy vibes, space, convenience and reconnecting with friends and family.
Lots of parking
The property has parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem. There a height limit of 8 1/2 feet(2.5M).
Please note that parking spots and the entrance are narrow and require guiding the driver to prevent damage to the vehicle and property.
Additional parking
Although there's free parking on the street, you must be aware of restricted street sweeping days and times during 8-10am from Monday' to Thursday.
There's also free limited parking at Santa Clara point which is about 1/4 mile away (nice bay-side walk from property). Also, can also inquire about additional parking at the Catamaran Resort.

Summary: House was beautiful as well as the area around ! My whole family loved it . There was 14 of us and we still had room in house . Walking distance to the beach as well as the bay. Only downfall was the parking it does have three car parking available, but we do have bigger vehicles so it was a little bit hard to park but eventually managed to get settled. Will definitely be planning another trip out there.

Summary: We booked this residence so the family could attend Graduation ceremonies at the Marine base. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We grilled steaks one evening and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The home was family friendly and the perfect environment for our family. We loved it and would book again.

Summary: Had a great stay. Hosts were prompt with any requests. Only problem is very tight parking but it looks like all the accommodations in the area had similar tight and limited parking. No hesitation in referring this vacation house to others.

Summary: The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Location is fantastic with quick walk to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The owner is very responsive and a great host.

Summary: A family of four last days of summer getaway, two young adults had their own rooms and bathrooms! plus a room for the parents, we brought games and boogie boards but the place is stocked up with both, Wi-Fi very good, very comfortable layout but it has stairs like almost all beach houses of this size great courtyard area, small /mid size parking but a big plus, can't beat the weather but we brought fans for better cooling at night .for us it was a great fit of a house. Thank you L and M for opening your beach house for our family to enjoy.
