Summary: Exceeded expectations. However, the neighors have very noisy cars and play music that vibrate the property's windows. I reported the music incident to the Phoenix police.

Summary: My wife and son stayed with me. The accommodations were pleasant and very comfortable. We loved the back yard and hot tub. We were able to walk to State Farm Stadium, Taco Boy's, and In-N-Out Burger. A most delightful stay.

Summary: We stayed for a week to take in Dodger Spring Training. It’s close to Camelback Park. Good communication. Walkable neighborhood and a park nearby for playing catch or frisbee. There’s a Walmart a few blocks away for groceries and anything you may have forgotten. Nice coffee pot and coffee pod machine. Plenty of dishes and glassware. Not as much in the way of serving dishes, bakeware or Tupperware. The hot tub is nice, but only half the jets were working. Plenty of beach towels! Nice outdoor furniture and grill. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee filters, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The pool is not heated, but lovely if you enjoy a cold dip in the am to wake up and start the day. We spent an hour cleaning black mold out of the washer before we washed our clothes. It’s likely from guests shutting the washer door and not letting it dry out. Bathrooms are small. Overall, it was lovely.
