Positive: Our host was very pleasant and were quick to respond to all our concerns and questions. We had a great experience at the Vernon house. Vernon house had a binder with all instructions, areas near by and guidance to help along the way with our pleasant stay. House was spacious and very cozy. Beds were very comfortable, everything was labeled which made finding items easy, and neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Negative: We loved all the things at the Vernon House!

Summary: I would reccomand to anyone looking for a cozy vacation home in Phoenix Az.

Positive: The house was nicely decorated. The space of the home was prefect. Loved the backyard space. Really felt like home away from home.

Negative: Having a pool would've been nice but not necessary.

Positive: Everything about the house. Super comfy, spacious and lots of amenities. Great price and great location only short drive into town and near the main roads but not noisy. Lovely back garden too. Fabulous host who was very attentive.
