Summary: We really enjoyed this apartment! We booked two apartments at this building and they were both great. They both felt modern but with classic charm. The A/C was much needed and it worked great! The location of the apartments was close to a lot of great restaurants and historic sites, and made for an easy morning walk to get breakfast and see the Coliseum in the distance. Our host was helpful and checked on us to make sure everything was okay during our trip. We really felt comfortable and at home, we’d stay again!

Summary: This was our first stop after landing in Rome. The owners helped arrange transportation from the airport for us. The property is walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. The Monti neighborhood has many shops, restaurants, gelato stands etc. The apartments are very nice, good a/c and wifi. The owners were great, very responsive and helpful. Check in and check out we’re easy. Very nice stay.

Summary: The location of the property is excellent. Communication with the host was great. They allowed us to drop our bags while they cleaned so that we could go do a tour. Very appreciative. Upon arrival, we learned that the air conditioning unit in one of the apartments was not working. Host was very quick to call for maintenance. The tile in the shower in the ground floor apartment is very old and dirty. So much so that we decided not to use this shower. Instead we all showered in the 1st floor apartment. The floors in both apartments were not cleaned, therefore we kept our shoes on at all times. The 1st floor apartment had flying bugs that we could not figure out where they were coming from as we kept all the windows closed. Again great location but unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the shower and the bugs.
